back from hiatus

It's been a while since I've written and I'm no longer sure if the name of this blog is appropriate. I may have to change it; but I'm not sure what to. Why change the name, you may ask? Well, I no longer live in Alaska. It was a grand adventure, I met the love of my life and my job gave me a lot of experience; but I ultimately ended up moving to Massachusetts.
