adventures in baking


Ryan decided to make bagels this week. The first batch were plain bagels. They were fantastic! Excited by our first results, we decided to make agave, cinnamon, and crasin bagels next. These turned out great as well!

Yum!

  1. Look a little like a mad scientist! : ) How fun to make bagels from scratch. I may need to consult with you on that. I've tried, but they didn't turn out so well.
